Reumo

This article explores the transitional-transformative leadership approach, which integrates the concepts of Winnicott and Bollas, to address the complexities of leadership in contemporary organizational contexts. It emphasizes the importance of understanding the role of the context, organizational environment, early experiences, and the process of adaptation and change in shaping effective leadership.
The study focuses on the the transitional-transformative leadership approach, including the potential impact of the context, environmental factors, industry dynamics, business and organizing models on leadership effectiveness.
Traditional neocarismatic leadership approaches have been criticized for their limited emphasis on environmental factors and their inadequate adaptability to contemporary business contexts. This has resulted in a disconnect between leadership practices and organizational outcomes.
The transitional-transformative leadership approach proposes a paradigm shift by integrating transactional and transformational elements, tailored to the specific needs of the situation and followers. It emphasizes creating motivating work environments that foster creativity, innovation, and personal and professional development.
The implementation of the practical transitional-transformative leadership approach presents promising results, including enhanced organizational performance, employee engagement, and adaptation to changing business environments. It has also indicate to foster collaboration, innovation, and the development of resilient organizational cultures.
This research contributes to the advancement of leadership theories and practices by highlighting the importance of context and environmental factors. The transitional-transformative leadership approach provides a comprehensive framework for developing effective leaders who can navigate the complexities of modern business environments and drive organizational success.
