Resumo

This research proposes a multiple mediation model to analyze how working capital management affects financial performance, considering the mediating effects of open innovation and value creation. A quantitative approach using PLS-SEM is applied to medium and large mining firms in Peru and Chile. The theoretical framework integrates the resource-based view, open innovation, and financial value creation. The study aims to provide empirical evidence to enhance sustainability, competitiveness, and strategic decision-making in capital-intensive industries.
